When a Prosecutor runs his own real estate office out of his law office, isn’t that some sort of conflict of interest? Especially when you’re dealing with ‘crooked estate sales’?

Sally Bozeat was tickled to meet him, back in 2006 when she went to West Virginia to ‘see about’ dads will. I remember she was quite tickled at his name and said years later, “That’s why we picked him!”. His last name Hough, and her maiden name is Huff, both pronounced the same way.

I never had any information that wasn’t given to Deputy Wheeler at my insistence during the following weeks and witnesses were always with me. He didn’t want to make copies and didn’t want to take statements. Friend that were with me were witness. Mr. Wheeler never even came to see ‘the scene of the crime’. He had an eye witness which he chose to not believe. Crucial evidence was lost because he didn’t collect evidence or investigate. Nothing. I have an audio tape from years later when Ruthie tried AGAIN to get someone to pay attention to this case. On audio recording, Mr. Wheeler says he didn’t talk to Venita Murphy et al because he “didn’t have time and they were already gone” back to New York.
When I spoke to the Commission, it was as a distraught daughter, trying to find out why her dad was dead. I am no attorney, just a regular retired lady. “Thanks to your public announcement” , the investigation remains open. I didn’t record it and I didn’t post it to the internet. Yet 10 years later and here we are, the case is still open – basically because the Deputy didn’t do his JOB, not because of a statement I made. Everything else I’ve learned by being an eye witness, asking questions, reading and listening…. so let’s be clear. The video proof is on this site.

And this is where we are as of today. 2/17/2020 None have Ever called me or asked me a question about this case since 2010. The Sheriff has no idea and always refers me to Mr. Hough. For eight years, since Mr. Wheeler was moved to patrol the college, not one word, yet the case continues, says Mr. Hough.
