Important to note, this suggestions was COMPLETELY reversed by Judge Jack Alsop, after two secret letters written to him by Sally Bozeat, in an effort to persuade a Judge.
And she did. And despite the Commission and Prosecutor knowing it was wrong and saying so, realizing this was a travesty of justice, and not one said a word. When I asked the President of the Commission, why, in the name of Justice did they not appeal? Why did the Judge turn everything COMPLETELY around after he Ordered them to decide??????
When I asked why they did nothing after this compete reversal. Eventually, when pressed, I was told by the then President of the Commission “It all comes down to money”. They didn’t dare, or have enough cash, to appeal the Judge’s decision and do the right thing.
