Happy Fathers Day, Dad. I’m STILL working on finding Justice and Closure.

You only asked one simple thing of me, ‘Always remember me kid, don’t never forget me’.

Got your back dad. Miss you more than words can say. Every. Single. Day.

Justice should NOT be a Joke.

She had jut given him that gorgeous belt, his name embossed on the back. He wore it to every special day, family reunions and town folk festivals too.

The property and legacy she helped him build. Though they never married, Prema, was the love of his life. He helped raise her children, and she helped him build his dream. They went through a lot of hard times in their 20 years together, she fought bravely with a horrible cancer, but never Once did I hear her complain. She had a happy, brave and loyal heart. That’s the sort of woman she was and why dad loved her, they were soulmates. My siblings never liked her, my brothers especially. None ever went down to WV unless they were trying to get money from dad. It’s a fact that’s known by Everyone.

When she passed, he gave her a beautiful funeral and I sat by his side. I saw his very rare tears. He was broken hearted and I was worried.

About a year later, someone introduced him to Ruthie, long story short, they talked on the phone, she moved in and they were companions. Company for each other and to be honest, Ruthie needed looking after, and dad appreciated some company and he watched after her. And he also made sure she was taken care of it something ever happened to him. Upkeep on the property and maintenance was Supposed to be performed routinely, according to the will, but not one thing was Ever done. Nothing. Ever. They left her stranted and tried to evict her. Executor Michael Murphy said that nothing would Ever be done as long as Ruth lived there. Once again, ignoring the wishes of my dad, but they wanted to Sell it and they wanted to Sell it BAD. They could only do that if Ruthie were gone, unless they sold it for um, say $25,00 cash and a camaro. Who knows where that money/car ever went. C’mon. Dad knew his kids… he didn’t Quite know how shady his ex-wife could be, but Fortunately, because he was wise, he had already picked out and paid for their burial plots.

Willard in the middle, laying Prema to rest. He had already arranged their burial and tombstone, not trusting others to give either of then the care and concern they deserved. Their friends dug her grave by hand and now they lay side by side, way up on the mountain so high you can touch the sky. I miss you both.
