Dad & The Plan

Willard Cottrill and his best buddy Rusty.
The land Legacy he built. He couldn’t read or write. Most of his life a down and out alcoholic. This mattered to him. He told me many a time, this was what he could do for his children to be enjoyed for all the future generations. Instead, they even stole his beehives, and took his truck while he was being buried.
For 20 years, she was the love of his life. Her name was Prema. She passed from horrible cancer, and yet, not once did I ever hear the woman complain. She was good people and she had four children, too. I never heard dad Ever say one negative word about her. He loved her in life as best he knew how, and gave her a beautiful funeral filled with family and friends who hand dug her grave. Now they’re buried together, under the stone he bought on his own, that overlooks his land..
He prepared a long time ago and knew where he wanted to be. Buried on a mountain so high you can touch the sky, and over looks the legacy he made.

Evidence shows a large sum of money was withdrawn from Willard’s bank account the morning of the day he died. He had been recovering from pneumonia and I think he suprised them all by LIVING!

Venita Murphy wanted him gone sooner. Apparently ‘the family’ was after his money and they couldn’t let him SURVIVE and find out they had already stolen from him… so he was helped along. His house was completely stripped the next morning, including the food off Ruthie’s table.

There were four other people in the room that watched my father die, according to eye witness. It looks like they were intending to say this was a ‘hospice assisted’ death, but it was not. I talked to my father the night before he died. Venita and Melvin had just left, there was no one there but him and Ruth. It’s a Fact liquid morphine was provided and it’s a Fact Venita Murphy administered drugs to Willard until Freda called out he was dead. According to eye witness. (see statement on this site)

No sooner was he dead and Mike and Venita Murphy, along With Melvin and Freda Cottrill , Mark Cottrill and a few others, had taken and locked up everything dad had. Meanwhile, Sally Bozeat was making a plan. Or maybe fulfilling and long ago plan when she offered to write her ex husband’s will.

Executor Mike Murphy immediately evicted tenants with a family, in the middle of February . Those were good people, paid their rent which provided a small income for upkeep of the property.

As soon as they were gone, they tried to evict Ruthie, which was in total opposition to what my father stated in his will, and what I knew he wanted.

Whey they divorced in about 1976, Willard was left with nothing. Homeless and living on a river bank for a good long while. Long story short, he picked himself up, made a promise to God and built himself a mountain. He never wanted it sold, so there was no reason to evict Ruthie, except for money. They could have gotten a LOT for the whole estate together.

But the law wouldn’t let them do it, so they did what they could. Split off the larger area and sold it to some dude from Weston for $25,000 cash and a red camaro.

Six months earlier the ‘Executor’ had told ME by letter that they were going to sell it and if I wanted to buy it, I’d have to pay $200,000!! Never was I offered a lower price to buy back my dad’s legacy. Heck, they didn’t even reduce the price by my 1/4 share!!
